Prior to opening up Meide Law Firm, P.A. in April of 2003, Cheryl practiced Trademark Law, Technology Law, and Contract/Business Law at Draughon Professional Association in Jacksonville, Florida for eight years. Cheryl has experience and counsels clients in intellectual property, with emphasis in trademark matters; technology transactions, including outsourcing, software licensing, and e-commerce transactions; and general contract matters, including drafting and negotiating various types of contracts. Cheryl has extensive experience in arbitrating various types of disputes as well as handling proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
